Announcing our next challenge coming up in Feb 1st!: #LetTheWheelsTurn. The quintessential #backbend, one that you can work on for as long as you practice, is Wheel. Not only it has an enormous range (from a wider distance hands/feet, to being able to grab the ankles), but you can enter/exit it a number of ways, link it with other asanas etc. All of us, regardless of our flexibility, constantly find valuable lessons in it and that’s exactly what we’re going to do during this month! Whether pushing up into it takes a big effort or you can drop with ease and fluidity, this challenge will help you get ahead, understand what’s holding you back, what you need to work on, and will give you plenty of ideas to do so! To prove that, on the first and last day we’ll photograph our Wheels to see if there’s been any changes. The other 26, we’ll address different areas/issues, physically and mentally, to help us improve (and yes, some unwinding days too, phew!). As usual:follow @cyogalab, repost this calendar, comment, share/tag friends (easier to finish with someone), participate and post frequently!! Besides my daily modification, tips and thorough explanations, Paloma @palomahuner and Garry @gmcyoga will provide you with more alternatives and, for the winners, we’ll mail some packages with amazing stuff.
