Another day of doing video work and after I finished, I grabbed my Nikon DSLR and big lens and went looking for hawks and bald eagles along the Grand River. I came up empty so I settled for a photo of the river. Will try again soon! . #adventureculture #forest #discoverON #landscape #enjoycanada #nature #forests #mothernature #wildernessculture #explore #roam #explorecanada #liveyouradventure #roamtheplanet #modernoutdoors #callofthewild #rsa_nature #wander #ig_great_shots_canada #MyAdventureCanada #getoutside #letsgetlost #visualsofearth #neverstopexploring #staywild #takeahike #wanderfolk #ic_nature #camp4pix

Also, there use to be a nest across the river from the beginning of the Rotary Riverside trail parking lot. I think it was on top of an old wooden hydro pole. I hope you see one! I lived along the Grand for 8 years and never saw one.. 🤔

Of your looking for raptors along the river i know of a few mests in brantford. 1 is a bald eagle nest at wilkes damn on brabt park side. 1 is in a communications tower behind the residential school . and the third is a hawk nest right behind mohawk chappel . seen an albino hawk there a few weeks ago
