Hey guys!! ✨✨✨ sorry I’m so late posting (next day late)😂 but it’s here! I had a great leg day yesterday! I stood up from the leg extension and my legs we’re shaking! I can’t wait for my legs to finally be proportionate since my surgery! Heres what i did⬇️ - - •Box squats 5 reps 45lbs 3 sets - •Kneeling Squats 10 reps 55lbs 3 sets ^all on squat machine - •calf raises on squat machine 10reps 65lbs 3sets - •Goodmornings (with more bend in knees and toes lifted slightly) 10reps 20lb barbell 3 sets - •Hip thrusts 10reps 20lb barbell 3 sets - •Bosu Ball squats 10reps 8lb medicine ball 2 sets - •Seated leg extension 10reps 90lbs 10reps 95lbs 7reps 105lbs And that was enough to jello my legs! - #youtuber #youtube #youtubeedit #youtubers #youtubechannel #instafit #motivation #fit #fitness #gymlife #pushpullgrind #grindout #flex #instafitness #gym #trainhard #eatclean #grow #focus #dedication #strength #ripped #swole #fitnessgear #muscle #squat #cardio #sweat #grind #lifestyle
