@liveplanted I too suffer from the "winter blues", but a couple years ago I purchased a light for "light therapy" from Amazon. It's next to my computer monitor on my desk at work. I turn it on for 45 minutes a day and have noticed a big difference. I start doing it as soon as daylight savings time starts in the fall. Make sure you check out @vortexdoughnuts in Asheville, some of their doughnuts are vegan. The apple fritter was heaven!
