I honestly can’t express this enough!! I kind of try say this to people that don’t do yoga and see the amazing poses we see online.
I’m trying to make my instagram more ‘real’ than what we usually see here because there’s people that show their amazing photography on a person that’s so strong and flexible and we think that’s the norm and that’s yoga but there’s soooooo much more than the poses we see🙏🏼
P.s. Monday’s are always rubbish for me at the moment, so what a better way to end a Monday than with a yoga class☺️...Can’t wait!

First time offering a public course on Kowloon side. This March, Thursday evenings at the newly opened Space 330✨
靜觀 (mindfulness) 培養察覺力和專注，讓我們更了解自己和身邊的環境。同樣，瑜伽也是回到當下的訓練，不同的體位動作，照顧身體。
Mindfulness cultivates our awareness and concentration, allowing us to better understand ourselves and our surroundings. Yoga is also a practice to come back to the present moment, asana practices can help ease our body ✨
In course, we will add journaling and homework to bring the practices into daily life. We will also practice deep communication, and ride on our collective energy to learn with and from each other✨

Day 7 of #mantras4thenewyear
Handstand.... preceded by a dance of frustration and exhaustion. After a day full of movement and teaching, I decided I wanted to video tape my post for today.. well long story short it wasn't turning out how I wanted it to. I wasn't capturing my longest hold and that was frustrating to me.. totally not the point of yoga... and totally not proactive to my happiness. So I did a lil dance and settled for what came next. Enjoy!

Yesterday we ran around barefoot for hours and did yoga somewhere in heaven. I still don’t understand how there are miles and miles of white sand in the middle of New Mexico. 🙄 But I’m definitely okay with it. We’re headed to Tucson now where we’ll probably stay for a few days! Any recommendations for places to visit or campsites in the area would be very appreciated ✌🏼
This morning I woke up bloated, tired and just not in a great mood 🤷🏻♀️ just one of those days!
So I rolled out my mat, done a meditation, some pranayama and then just flowed.
For the time I was practicing, I was just with my breath. Just completely present and in the moment.
I left the mat feeling so much calmer, energised and generally in a better mood.
I’m so thankful I have found something that can help me on these days/moments. 🙏🏽
Now I’m ready to face Wednesday!! 💃🏽
