Taking time for yourself is difficult. There is always something else to finish, a to do list, cooking, cleaning, the daily obligations. But I believe it is very important to take your private time, to take care of yourself. Ask yourself: When was the last time you did absolutely nothing? It is so important to take some me-time and literally do nothing or at least do what you love. And with that I do not refer to meditation. I mean spending your free time, without reading, meeting friends, cooking etc. and just dealing with yourself. Really, how often do we take the time to deal with ourselves? I think we underestimate how important that is. BTW: I miss the feeling of being bored and I miss the feeling of summer and being on a stand up paddle and try to get in balance on the water.
