Here are three different resting poses which can be useful before your practice during or after a difficult pose. Child Pose Balasana, Extended Child Pose Utthita Balasana and Embryo Pose Pindasana🙏 All of these are relaxing and give a chance for the heart to rest and back, shoulders and thighs to lengthen.
