👋🏼 Sooo after a long hard think, I’ve come to the decision that weighwatchers -.... it’s a no from me. I’ll be ending my membership later (must remember as I’m bloody useless at cancelling things!). I’m going to carry on posting my food journal & journey. I’m going to head on off to my own path of eating healthy, low fat meals again. This was where I was happy last time 👍🏽. So once my weekly food shop is delivered it’s all go go go for me and I’ll be back posting what I’m ramming down my neck 👀😂. I’m going to continue following all my weightwatching & slimming world ladies & gents as I love to be nosey & see what all you good lookings are cooking 😝😝💕.
Another snow day ❄️ ⛄️ My kids immediately went outside to play in the snow while I made eggs for everyone. J had an early morning appt with a new doctor so he got to leave a little later than normal which means we all had breakfast together 😍 Kept mine super simple as I’m not very hungry yet. Eggs, fruit and avocado (2sp). Happy Thursday friends! 💜 If you have any recommendations for inside activities that can accommodate an 11, 9 and 3 year old...that would be much appreciated 🙃
I loveeee my @weightwatchers#meeting! I always leave feeling good and #inspired. One of our members shared with us today her before photos, she has been a lifetime member for the past 5-6 years and has lost over 120 pounds on her journey. It is amazing to see her transformation, she is such a beautiful soul and works so hard. Here’s to a great week! 🤗💖

Wednesday nights are my “No Track Nights” and even though I had far too many beers, food wise I think I did pretty good. Had a loaded spinach salad (beans, beef, garlic, avocado, sour cream, and cheese) with no dressing 🤤 Reasons I’m considering this a win:
1️⃣ I satisfied my need to have a “cheat meal” with a relatively healthy salad
2️⃣ I didn’t stop at McD’s or Taco Bell for my “drunk snack” on the way home
3️⃣ I’m back to tracking everything today and making healthy choices! #winning .
Shout out to all those that can eat a low point breakfast. Wish that were me! I seriously have to have protein and a healthy fat or I’ll be starving ALL day and need multiple snacks. So here is my 9 smart point plate | 70g avocado 🥑 4sp • 2 eggs 0sp • Hash Brown 🥔 4sp • Hillshire Naturals deli ham 1sp | Breakfast is served 👊🏼
🤤🤤🤤 next to dessert, breakfast is my favorite meal of the day. This morning I tried a little something new! I’ve been getting tired of just scrambled eggs and turkey sausage so I turned it in a point friendly sandwich. Instead of normal cheese, I used a Laughing Cow pepper jack wedge. I’m a huge texture person when it comes to food so I thought this may make my eggs taste weird. I was wrong. This is so delicious and I’ll be making it again soon! It also added some creaminess without having to add milk to my scrambled eggs.
This morning I didn’t make it to the gym for a walk but I promised myself I would go at least twice this weekend. I’d much rather prefer to walk outside than on a treadmill and Cleveland won’t just give me spring yet! 🙄 ——————————————
