GAINZZZ MEAL: On days where I train my legs, I eat a lot of protein. The night before, I’ll have more carbs than usual. I eat what works for me and keep it very simple. Don’t make your diet complicated. Eat clean , less processed foods, more veggies and stay up on your protein intake.

Bake sweet potato rounds at 400 degrees coated in @chosenfoods avocado oil spray, salt, pepper and garlic powder for about 15 min each side. Top with a fried egg, sautéed spinach, fat free refried beans, Greek yogurt (tastes like sour cream), red onion, cilantro, and mashed avo with pink salt 😋

that cauliflower fried rice with a spicy 🌶 sticky saaaaauce is up on the blog. it only requires about 20 minutes of your precious time - it has eggs in it so you can have it for breakfast but ideally quick lunch, or dinner... maybe a snack if you’re a little baby monster 😛 the sauce is 💦 & you can leave the eggs out too if you want!
