I've been wanting to share this one a while. The opportunity with @natgeo yesterday just took precedence. Thank you all for all your time and help with that.
I call this photograph: Whiteout in Iceland. After a recent snowstorm, this geothermally heated Icelandic road was a black ribbon in an otherwise ivory landscape. This is not a image made in black and white. This is a colour picture and these are the actual colours from the scene.
Part of how I'm giving back to the Earth in a unique way this month is through print sales. 10% of all print sales this month go to @earthjustice (an organization that uses our legal system to protect our natural lands and resources). 10% also go to Puerto Rico hurricane relief if the photograph purchased was made in PR. Please message or email me with any orders or queries.
Thank you for reading, sharing, and caring.
Silfra fissure, a crack between the North American and Eurasian continents. This is me watching the previous group bob down the fissure before my turn, at 3 degrees and astounding water clarity this isn’t an experience to be missed!

Sempre per quell'annoso problema dei turisti che cagano in ogni dove ("you wouldn't believe the amount of human feces we've had to clean up in our neighborhood").
"No matter how many times you drive the same road it’s always beautiful, but sometimes so much so that you could almost think you’re hallucinating and just have to pull over and stare (but really who needs hallucinations when you have nature just doing its thing)" By @isobelruth

If there is a greater pleasure than exploring the Highlands of Iceland, I do not know it. If there is a greater freedom, I have not experienced it. Endless adventure. Endless discovery. #iceland
