Slept in majorly by accident this morning so definitely didn't have time for the gym 😳 managed to still get in a little run after work though before the rain sets in.. better than nothing 🙌🏻

All prepped and ready for the week!!! I cheated a lil on my meats, grabbed the already dry rub marinated chicken and fish. Still all protein but someone did the work already for me 🤗. This weeks meals and points are stored for quick adding. It’s hard to type in every ingredient to my meal, after every meal, so I decided to put them in the day I make them, that way they are ready to go. *banana oat pancakes with eggs and turkey bacon, 1sp each pancake *hash brown scramble *buffalo chicken wrap, sugar free fruit cocktail *Ranch, chicken turkey bacon wrap, sugar free fruit cocktail *Shrimp Cocktail
*tilapia, mashed potatoes and veggies

Excited to have the sour cream rice cakes for this weeks snack. They will be a good in class snack for me, everyone’s is always eating chips in my class. The chip sliced carrots have been helping but this will help with a mix up. I always need a goos mix up, if I keep too much of the same foods I don’t stay on plan. I get bored and start going to drive thru or hitting up Dennys. Creativity in my meals is always needed, keeps me on track.
My weekly ordered out meal today was Nicaragua food; gallo pinto, queso, tostones. Tomorrow I will have my weekly weigh-in and hit a yoga class at 8pm at the gym. Time to get some rest, Good night
People see us now, but they forget that we started at a day 1 as well, 💥💥SWIPE💥💥and not from a very good day 1... (tired, out of shape, no clue about nutrition, skeptical, etc) but we made a choice and I’m thankful we did.

We get so offended when others disrespect us, insult us, belittle us.
But are we respecting ourselves ? What are we putting into our bodies? Is it serving us ? Or is it insulting our progression? Is it belittling our potential? Is it disrespecting and degrading our entire being?
