Reżim dietetyczny i treningowy trwa w najlepsze. Wieczory spędzam na bieżni i na siłowni, czasem nie chce mi się ruszyć z domu, ale wiem, że jak już wyjdę to nie będę żałować. Więc idę. Do tego basen i badminton raz w tygodniu, ale badminton to akurat sama radość zabawy i rywalizacji.
Chciałabym schudnąć do czerwca z 15 kg, ale mój organizm to osobliwy gracz, więc każdy kg na minusie przyjmuję z okrzykiem radości. Czego i Wam życzę!
39°C at 530pm. Just had a swim in the pool as I can acutally be active with out being on my foot. Miss 3 was pretending to be a mermaid. so cute.
Tomorrow we are going camping with my parents, my bro his wife and my nieces. They have been away all week, and now I am sick of not being with them so we are going! preparing some food now so I dont snack of too much yunk. excited.
So last week I found out I suck at making anything that involves more than 4 ingredients. So that obviously made me a little nervous about this diet portion of my journey because I don't know how much longer I can just eat chicken with every meal.
And yea this isn't a meal but ya girl needs some healthy snacks!
If I had to guess the measurements:
2 cups frozen strawberries and bananas
2 cups non fat Greek yogurt
1/4 cup milk
Lemon juice from one whole lemon
4 ingredients yo. And it actually tastes pretty dang good! It seems to have about 4 servings so maybe after I go shopping this weekend ill make a bigger batch to last me longer.
Also been really scared about this week because I haven't been able to get to the gym because GAS IS SO DAMN EXPENSIVE. Especially when you're sharing your moms minivan. Lol. I need a car. 2018 will finally be the year for that as well!!!! 😂 but anyway I haven't been to the gym in almost a week and still won't be able to go until this weekend AND I might have eaten McDonalds last night..... IM RUNNING SHORT ON GROCERIES AND THE FRIES WERE SO TEMPTING!!!!! But I hopped on the scale and turns out my at home workouts are working just as well as the gym cause in down 2 lbs since the weekend putting me at 225! Ill call that a win.

🦄Growing up I was an awful student. I mean, like, really bad. Not rude or overly disruptive (except one time I started doing a strip tease in Ms. Notaro's English class but, to be fair, it was Halloween and really funny). But, mostly, I just didn't do well sitting in a classroom memorizing stuff.
☕️So to get through without flunking, I made these "cheat sheets" to help me condense the most important parts of a topic into a simple, easy to read picture. They weren't *everything* I needed to know. But they gave me a strong enough base to feel confident digging deeper and learning more on my own.
🦄That's why I make so many "cheat sheets” on IG. Because many have told me they're saving and using these daily for fat loss and muscle gain and strength and yada yada yada.
☕️Anyway, what we have here is your Macro Cheat Sheet. It covers the essentials of the 3 macronutrients (protein, carbs, fats) in addition to a few extra "fun facts" alongside alcohol (which is, technically, the 4th macronutrient, sitting at 7 cals/gram).
🦄Worth nothing, you'll see I included "daily needs" as a section in each post. First, LBM stands for "lean body mass." That's just how much muscle you have in your body, rather than going by your total body weight (which includes much more than just muscle, like fat and bone and water poop and stuff). And, second, please do NOT let the numbers overwhelm you. My standard recommendation still applies --> hit your calories, hit your protein, and the rest will fall into place. Really, I mean it. As long as your calories and protein are in check, you're good to go.

My husband brought home mushroom garlic food truck pizza last night and I didn’t flip out because weigh in was the next morning, I ate what I had points for and went to bed happy☺️ I caught myself trying to weigh in again after nursing the baby though and was like “knock it off psycho”😂
Trying really hard not to get weird about weigh-ins because they’re just a way of tracking progress, but I know they can fluctuate wildly and I’m going to work real hard to keep myself from getting obsessive about it❤️
Feels so good to be heading in the right direction again😆
