CROSSFIT SANITAS PARTY, POTLUCK & LIP-SYNC BATTLE - TOMORROW SAT 1/20 at 6pm! 100+ have RSVPED! Let’s all get dressed up, share some good food and let loose a little with our 4th Annual Lip-Sync Battle! Don’t worry, we’ll have Grinch Margaritas as liquid encouragement. Bring your favorite dish for the pot luck! Friends and family are welcome to attend, so take the night off from fitness and holiday stresses and enjoy some quality time with your CrossFit friends!
Best Lip-Sync performances get free massages and acupuncture and best group performers get t-shirts...so bring it! If you plan on doing the Lip-Sync Battle, feel free to share your song choice or share ideas for others in the comments below. You'll "sing" for 30-60 seconds. No pressure, but we rented a stage and spotlights...so make it happen!

Full body day with hubs at the gym💕
Okay @annavictoria the number of glute bridges in week 5 advanced 👀 But I low key LOVED it.
I was telling my husband how excited I am to really feel the strength gains over the past 5 weeks. And the way the exercises have shifted has done my whole body wonders. It really forces your mind away from strictly focusing on aesthetics. And more into functional strength. Yaaaass🙌💪 I cant wait for the next 7 weeks!
As it is flex it Friday 💪 Il just throw it back to my amazing photoshoot with @peterbennettphotography !!! And throw it back to leaner times 😆 I'm super excited about prepping again later in the year
can not wait to see what package I can bring !!! But now I'm enjoying off season and working on building muscle 💪 There was no gyming for me today as I was doing a course for work today but Il be back at it tomorrow full force. I have only got 2 weight sessions in this week because I have had a sore back and had to just mind my body!! But looking forward to hitting the gym tomorrow full force after work 💪💪💪

The picture on the left (This wasn't taken at my lowest weight.. this was actually when I had gained weight):
- Completely controlled by calories.
- Doing cardio for 6 hours a day minimum.
- In a complete calorie deficit.
- Exercising in secret.
- Lying about what I ate.
- Turning down plans so I could exercise more.
- Feeling weak just from standing up.
- Hating life, hating exercise and hating my body.
The picture on the right:
- No calorie counting or label reading.
- Eating whatever the hell I want and lots of it.
- Lifting weights 4 times a week.
- Taking rest days and not thinking twice about it.
- Feeling full of energy and as strong as ever.
- Loving life, loving exercise and loving my body. ❤💪
