Today was supposed to be day 5 of my challenge butttt I worked extra hours this morning at work, had a very informative networking lunch date, came straight home and got ready to celebrate my moms birthday - we rocked out to @2cellosofficial 🎻 (highly recommend to make an effort to see them if they are in your area btw)
I gots myself a haircut in z morning then plan to go to the gym after depending on what time that will be over zennn getting more hours in a work bc that's the grind lifeeee.
➖My body's covered in tattoos, I don't always use proper lady language and tend to be loud at times. I have trust issues, which makes it hard for me to get close to people. ➖I'm very open-minded. I'm the least judgmental person you'll ever meet. When I love, I love hard. My last day in Tahoe was a good one! (Excuse the terrible quality selfie 🙄🤳🏻) I had a great workout this morning with my love 👫💕 I got my hair cut (finally!!) 💇🏼♀️ & got my nails done too 💅🏻 & I had dinner with my grandma 🌱❤️ I’m not gonna lie....I’m really sad about leaving tomorrow but I know it won’t be too long until I’m back! Is anyone else starting their spring semester next week or have you already started? I’m kind’ve excited to start classes back up again...but I know that feeling will probably end quick 😂

When it’s finally Friday you drag yourself to chipotle for the most delicious and convenient vegan meal! I mean who doesn’t love the guac! I split the meal with my husband and it’s always more than enough food! Now it’s time for a movie and relaxing with my hubs. What are your weekend plans?

I was craving extra veggies tonight for dinner (guess how many of my clients say that to me on a regular basis 😂). Honestly, I wish this was a norm for most, but hey we all start somewhere. I sure as heck didn't always have this feeling towards vegetables, but after eating them for this long I've definitely grown to appreciate all of their individual flavors especially in simple bowls like this. 🍚Just some rice, edamame, steamed carrots, steamed broccoli, avocado, and sautéed zucchini (mixed it with garlic, turmeric and a little salt as it was cooking). Minced some basil and added it to my rice for some new flavors (super tasty). And then just shook on red pepper flakes and a little of the everything but the bagel seasoning. 👌🏽It answered the cravings for sure. 🙌🏽

Animal agriculture is responsible for up to 91% of Amazon destruction and 1-2 acres of rainforest are cleared every second. The leading causes of rainforest destruction are livestock and feedcrops. Animal agriculture is also the leading cause of species extinction, ocean dead zones, water pollution, and habitat destruction. Livestock operations on land have created more than 500 nitrogen flooded deadzones around the world in our oceans. For you to understand how inefficient animal agriculture is 1.5 acres can produce 37,000 pounds of plant-based food, 1.5 acres can produce 375 pounds of beef....
