Traveling can be difficult when it comes to sticking to your routine & eating right. Especially if you are going out of state with family, no car etc. .
🔹if you aren't going to use a meal plan service, plan ahead a little and once at destination, go to local grocery store & get items you normally would. .
🔹if you can, find a hotel with a fitness center or one close to it. .
🔹if you are on a beach like me, use it! Going to go run on the sand like I have in the past. Running on sand is definitely different than the road. .
🔹if you are eating out, choose smarter. More protein source & veggies. Fish. Skip the bread & butter. .
🔹if you are going to drink, yes I got my #yuengling beer, sip on water as well! .
🔹 lastly, bring your supplements!!! I packed on most of my @1stphorm supplements I need for a trip. Greens, protein, post workout, micro factor packs with vitamins. I just labeled it & put it in a baggy in my check in bag. .
