a) This is my best friend today, I slept wrong and I have extreme back/neck pain and extremely limited mobility #tinmanreborn b) I am thankful I work from home cause I’m still in my robe (refer to aforementioned immobility) and that doesn’t look very professional #casualthursdayonsteroids c) my Mom went shopping for me because there’s no way I can drive #trexarms so thank You Lord for family 🙌🏼 d) I legitly got to skip out on my workout partner today 😜 #findgoodineverything and e) I have no idea how people live with chronic pain #empathyfordays Last but not least God is good all the time! I posted this video a week or so ago and a number of people claimed it was sped up. Or at least parts of it. Well... here it is again and this time accompanied by slow mo of the entire drill. I never have and never will speed up my shooting videos. I simply train to a high standard and always push the boundaries. There’s always a faster and smoother way to do things.
First crossfit session back at Pi in months due to back issues and general being a grown up getting in the way 🙄
Managed a push press pb plus this rather messy power clean which was a number I’ve been stuck on for ages (for no real reason than my stooopid head). And got it for 2 reps relatively easily.
