Such a beautiful circle guided by Lucy North @lateralhaze at one of my favourite witchy hideaways @slc_london . Working with Women Who Run with Wolves (one of my favourite books, EVER) we healed our inner-skeleton woman, worked with fear, and ran through the darkness.
Embracing our wildness can be scary. When we unearth our shadow self, she can reflect things back at us that we don't want to see. When Lucy said "the thing about fear is that fear itself is afraid, its the only vibration it knows", it was so transformational. If you look at fear in the face, she's just a scared little girl who needs love. And the more life we breathe into her, the more she will show up for us. Energy goes where you attention flows ✨
Howling, womb healing, reiki & ceremony. A perfect Wednesday night. Thank you Lucy for bringing your magik 🔮

A great spot to visit is the Yarra River at Pound Bend, located in the Warrandyte State Park north-east of Melbourne. In the late 19th century the Pound Bend Tunnel was constructed to change the course of the river and to search the exposed area for gold. Today, enjoy this a lovely spot for relaxing in the water if you fancy. There is an extensive lawned picnic area nearby as well as gentle nature walks and cycling paths in and around the park. A great place to visit on a warm day.
