What a sunny yet very crisp day. Thank god it wasn’t raining . Had a chance of taking this little girl out for a little run as she was driving me mad 😩🤪😊 All nice and cosy and very warm indeed. #ootd#toddlerfashion#toddler#toddlerfun
Today this is how I had to improvise to get my #workout in all while keeping an eye 👀 on my curious #toddler.
I could've made all kinds of excuses (and I had some good ones) but that is not how #goals are achieved. 🏆
I have a goal to stay #consistent with at least 30 minutes of exercise 5 days a week. Which is usually going for a walk or light #jog but today it was a bit chilly.
Sticking to this goal not just for my #health but for my mental sanity. 😜
Having that "me" time and any sort of exercise 💪is a big stress reliever which means happier me.... in turn Happy wife & momma. 🤗

*On comments such as “your child with ds has a purpose to teach love, they are always happy, they are angels sent from heaven”. Our children aren’t angels and they aren’t here to serve a purpose to make others better. They just aren’t. If they do affect others in a positive way, then that is a wonderful side effect of who they are. If they don’t affect others that’s okay too. Such is life. My daughter’s purpose is to have fun right now. Throw tantrums and taste new foods and experience tons and tons of firsts. That’s it. She’s two and she’s certainly no angel. She will be held accountable for her actions and mistakes like everyone else. This is how we get to the goal of full inclusion of our kids in society. It starts by not treating our children differently. One thing we do learn when having a child with a disability is to throw our unrealistic expectations out the window early, and every parent has them disability or not. We learn to let our children become who they want to become! Why would we put this expectation about teaching love to everyone they come into contact with? Seems to me that is the heaviest expectation of them all. Click on the link in my bio to read the entire post!
