Keep your head and heart in the right direction and you'll never have to worry about your feet. Getting up and knowing I have goals to achieve makes me excited for the day ahead. What motivates you? Is there something you are working on?
Here's an interesting observation, often when it's cloudy and raining, especially if the melaleucas are flowering there is an early flyout from our teddies of the sky. The other day it was about 4 pm, all the teddies were flying in the one direction disappearing into the distance. However a group of roughly 20 to 30 landed in the mangrove trees on the rivers edge. They still left their main camp which was about 1 km away but they all went to the same area of the mangroves. They all appeared to be young, but not this years bubs, ( so not like a creche ), my guess last years juveniles but couldn't really say, but they were small. They remained in this spot while over head the flyout continued. Whilst here they keep leaving either one by one or groups of 4 or 5 and doing very small loops and landing again back in this trees, they kept repeating this. They remained there until dark after the flyout finsihed and had not at this stage joined the main flyout. I dont know if they stayed there all night. ( my guess was they were a group of juveniles that were not sufficient flyers to do a long flyout, they left the main camp as perhaps snakes are attracted to that area and were told to stay together in one safe place until the adults returned, like a bunch of teenagers they were having fun and practicing flying...?). As i didnt have any customers on the boat I was able to sit and watch them for hours.
Golden hour with panoramic views of the @destinationgoldcoast hinterland = a hike that's more than worth the steep climb! This is Pages Pinnacle. On this hike, you'll be treated to a spectacular lookout over the Hinze Dam before you hit the actual pinnacle – and you can see over to Egg Rock and Binna Burra. Note: There’s a bit of bush bashing to reach the top of the pinnacle, and when climbing here, please take care as you'll need to scramble over rock to get to the top and the ground can be slippery. Take your time and stay safe! ☺️ #thisisqueensland by @samanthalreid#wearegoldcoast
The sun is shining and the sunflowers are blooming 🌻 Find this field approximately two hours west of Brisbane and 15 mins south of Toowoomba in @sqcountry. We've written a cool road trip guide with spots to stop along the way - link in bio 🌻 Remember to just 👀 from the edge of the field, and only take pictures. 📷 @adventure.man.dan#brisbaneanyday
