Film Friday from a cold hike on the BRT! Here are a few exposures from a roll of #35mm Portra 400. I love how it worked with the late daylight into blue hour. I’m looking forward to shooting more! Especially with this new 24mm f2.8 lens that Hanna got me for Christmas.
How crazy is it that at the beginning of the week we're dealing with snow and ice and at the end of the same week, thunderstorms and the possibility of tornados?! I have never lived anywhere like this where the weather is so bipolar and unpredictable. Arkansas is a wild, hidden gem with odd quirks and idiosyncrasies and I love her dearly. I never thought I would love Arkansas as much as I do (what do you mean 75% of the state is dry, what is this, 1925?!); she is passionate, she is beautiful, and she is unapologetically herself. Much like myself, I'd like to think. Arkansas has left an indelible mark on my heart and I will miss this place terribly. ❤ #WildWeather#OdeToArkansas#WinterWeather#Snow#Ice#Thunderstorms#TornadoSeason#JanuaryThaw#BipolarWeather#SpringIsComing#TheNaturalState#I❤Arkansas #ARWX
Throwback to high waters on the Buffalo last April! What a dang-memorable trip. A lot of friendships that impacted my life a lot the past year started that day on the river. Taking nothing for granted!
If you’re in the luckiest one percent of humanity, you owe it to the rest of humanity to think about the other 99 percent.
