I still dread waking up at 6am but it is getting better than 2 weeks before. I still couldn’t sleep earlier. So my back suffered, due to this lack of sleep. Fortunately, I was invited to @ganbanyoku.co in Far East Plaza.
I have read about heat therapy, but nothing beats the real experiencing of it. After a session, my backache was relieved, my blood circulation improved. I am convinced, so I brought my sister and her family to try so that they may reap the benefits of this hot stone therapy as well.
Not surprising, all of them sang praises after the session and by word-of-mouth, they recommended their friends and colleagues over.
At $20/1-hour session, it is really affordable. I would urge you to experience it yourself too.

Deliciousness for dinner 🍆 and the reappearance of my favourite emoji 🍆 Nick made his speciality - aubergine 'parmigiana' but I obviously skipped the 'parmigiana' bit 🧀 I often get asked what my favourite cheese replacement is but, if I'm honest, I usually just go without rather than try to substitute. For both pasta and pizza dishes I prefer to go cheese-less. That's not because I don't enjoy the replacements but I actually think that if you put enough effort into making a dish that is full of flavour then you just don't need the cheese 🌱🌱 I add protein to this by sprinkling some seeds over it...and maybe having some peanut or almond butter for pudding 😆

Stone fruit salad is my meal choice for today! With grilled peaches and caramelized pecans to bite into, who wouldn’t want this summer salad😍🙋🏻♀️🥗In summer I like to indulge in chilled gazpacho (cold soups), sushi, smoothies and decadent salads- I can’t go near curries and rice dishes as it’s just too heavy for this weather.
