Combining my two loves, paddle boarding and yoga. Total river vibes! I feel total peace on the water and on my yoga mat - the outside world just stops whirling as I go within and find stillness. Most yoga SUP involves 12 foot boards.. my baby is only 8'3 so it was an interesting exercise in balance! Amazing how much I could do, including twisted lunges, ustrasana, dog, matsyeasndrasana and a very wobbly halasana that made me giggle as I nearly toppled into the Glenelg river.
