My friend kindly bought them over when she came to visit and I loved them!! As did everyone who isn’t gluten free too 😂 I’m pretty sure they are like the mini ones they brought out at Christmas, just a lot bigger!!
I've been following the @kayla_itsines BBG guide for 3 weeks now & I thought I was pretty fit right? can I just say that it feels SO damn good to just LOVE LIFE? I have never been so at ease with everything. Things that used to be difficult or hard to maintain for me, are becoming second nature & I feel myself catching momentum 🌪

#delts This delt pump is exactly what I needed. Debbie Downer alert!! 🚨 Honestly, today is a rough day for me. I got only 2.5 hours of sleep last night (my Fitbit app backs me up on that number), plus it’s a gloomy day, and I’m just feeling drained and defeated. Normally I’m the optimistic gal with lots of inspiring motivation flowing through fingertips, but today all I want is a nap and eat a large bucket of ice cream. Just keeping it real!! Healthy Katy says this though....I’m gonna go for the nap, hope for a better attitude, I’m gonna skip the bucket of ice cream and instead treat myself to a pint of my favorite protein ice cream, @eatenlightened.
