I added the resistance bands to the Squat Jump to add extra tension for that side booty burn🍑😋
The Workout | 4 Rounds | 60 seconds
-Plate Overhead Walking Lunges
-alternating Squat Kick
-Lateral Band Walks
-Squat Jump with Abduction

I get it life gets crazy, money's an issue & sometimes I don't have time either. TRUST ME. I was that person. I'm a "Busy Mom" with a crazy life and no funds to waste.
But let me ask you something... When is it the "right" time?
When you are too overweight?
When you can't fit into clothes & have to buy new ones?
When you can't wear your wedding ring anymore?
When you are diagnosed with a health scare because you aren't exercising or eating healthy?
When you start to get depressed because you hate how you feel & look?
WHY WAIT? Start now so you don't have to work HARDER!
Is it because you cannot afford it?
BECAUSE I didn't have a job when I started my journey! My husband took a pay cut HALF HIS INCOME! But, I put my Families HEALTH first! I made our Health a priority!
I can never afford anything. There is never a good time y'all NEVER. When it comes to your health it's never a money game. IT'S YOUR LIFE! Nothing wrong with putting money towards your health to get fit and healthy.
As much as I hate working out or eating healthy...I'm loving the outcome. I've got my thyroid disease under control, my eating habits are on point & hey my kids don't ask for fast food anymore lol. But, I make SURE to make time to workout 30 min daily & eat healthy. Done & Done. Priorities in ORDER! No more excuses guys. Don't wait for it to be too late. Start before it happens.
I get it EVERYONE's struggles are different. But, when you start your path i'm not saying it'll be easy. You will struggle, you will fight, but you will learn, you will fail, but we will pick you back up a long the way! You will have a WHOLE team supporting you & YOU WILL SUCCEED & it'll all be worth it! I promise!

Montana, you were good to us. Snow, a campfire, roasting marshmallows, board games, bubbly, and beautiful scenery. Spent the weekend with friends and the family, hanging out, with nowhere to be and no chores to be done. It was exactly what I needed to recharge. Really grateful for the invite to our friends cabin and for my girlfriend being game to snap a pic for me haha. Shoutout to this strong woman! Julie has really impressed all of us in this Women’s transformation group I’ve been heading at Fit Academy.
When she first started mid-November she had a frozen shoulder and couldn’t abduct/flex it above shoulder level. Yesterday in my small group class I challenged her to do her KB box squat to press with a 13lb Kettle Bell and she was totally unsure about it but 3 sets of 8 later & she still was able to perform it perfectly for the camera 😉🙌🏽
💥 You never know what you can achieve until you challenge yourself & try it 💥
Have to give a shoutout to my team of trainers who also helped Julie get to where she is today- only 4 months later 💪🏽😋
