Approaching 6 decades circling the sun my body, especially my back is crying for space. I started studying @docgoodman ‘s life work called Foundation Training. This work has made a noticible difference on my back pain. Dr. Eric’s system is like ‘Tactical yoga’ for me.
. @foundationtraining 📷Side note: This isn’t staged. I don’t have my own camera crew like @garyvee 😬, I send random pictures to my FT coach for technique feedback. I’m a novice, but I’m a proverbial student and eager to learn. I was doing one of my daily walks and I put my phone in my running shoe and hit the self-timer. Presto. Get outside. | #DoAFounder | #FoundationTraining | #TrueToForm |

We surrendered from the start.
A familiar sense of knowing.
We have been here before.
Completely opposite, yet ultimately so similar.
Boundaries of the self pushed beyond the edges.
The blurring of the opposites.
An elegant, divine dance between souls.
Pushing and pulling.
A whirlwind of magic spiralling anew.
Over and over I surrender to you.

Commit & Conquer. #Flashback#LastMonth
It started with a verbal commitment.
Lead to planning.
Ended in execution.

Advanced Push up variations. I think sometimes people neglect or stop doing push ups because they don’t look cool or aren’t hard anymore. Here’s some ways to make them tougher. - - -
The push up was probably the first exercise you've ever done. I love the push up as an accessory to my horizontal pressing movements. However sometimes I get bored of normal push-ups or don't want to add a tempo, etc..
No equipment? (bands, chains, weight) Here are a few simple low budget progressions you can perform anywhere. The progressions make you utilize one side more than the other. These are also great if you're into party tricks and want to do 1-armed push ups. Just be sure you can master a few sets of normal push ups first! 🧚🏽♀️
