Celery, which has the scientific name Apium graveolens, is a vegetable in the plant family called Apiaceae. The benefits of celery begin with it being an excellent source of antioxidants and beneficial enzymes, in addition to vitamins and minerals such as vitamin K, vitamin C, potassium, folate and vitamin B6.
I put celery into my smoothies and also just like them as a snack on there own 👌🏻
Hungry? Test out these tasty morsels... Take one packet of @originalbonsoy, tap with paper towels to remove excess moisture and slice into 12 cubes. Dip each cube into 1 whisked egg to cover, then roll in panko breadcrumbs. In a large frying pan add 2 tablespoons @spiralfoods Extra Virgin Unfiltered Coconut Oil and heat till hot. Place each cube into the pan and allow to cook for 1 min each side or until golden. Sprinkle with salt for seasoning and serve with soy sauce (I use soy sauce mixed with chilli oil, mirin and salt) Yum Yum Yum. Dinner is served.

Kale is one of my favorite vegetables to grow for a lot of reasons but this purple kale is especially awesome! Not only is it beautiful but it’s purple color actually helps to protect it from one of kales biggest threats, the cabbage worm. The little green caterpillars can easily hide on the green leaves of kale and other brassica but will usually avoid these purple varieties.
When you’re too impatient to melt the cheese and you crumbled it into giant pieces so you could eat more... lol not the prettiest pizza but delicious nonetheless ❤️
Cauliflower crust from @traderjoes, homemade sauce, sunflower seed parm, @miyokos_kitchen smoked mozzarella + spinach thinly sliced (I added more afterwards)
