We'll also look at the virtues of different approaches to having an impact: as entrepreneurs should we try to 'make it big' and then give back or make sure we make responsible businesses from day one? All this and more - can't wait to see you there!
Mba iim butuh dibantu apa? Aku hutang budi sama @queen_rides .

This man in the middle is a social entrepreneur.
Over 20 years ago he invented the idea of giving tours in the "roughest" favelas in Rio.
He knows that his people are good. Hard working. They live good lives. They're good people.
The news doesn't know them. The media doesn't know them, but every tourist that does his tour knows them a little better.
My favorite part was asking him what would could be done to change people's lives there. He knows exactly what he would do to make things better.
Insight? People on the inside have the solutions to their social problems. We don't need to come in and "fix them". Go support them.
Locals don't go in because they're afraid. Don't let the news tell you how a people live. Go ask them yourselves.
I understand you want it to be that way, I get it, I want shit too! However I navigate daily the way it is not the way it should be according to me.
Most don’t do that and it costs them.
Ideology is great but it’s coming at the huge expense of prosperity or sooooo many of you, it’s time to deal with it and fucking execute!

Selling without being salesy….is it really possible?
Well….I suppose it depends on what you mean by ‘salesy’.
Maybe it’s because we’re so used to experiencing sales in a particular kind of way. For example, ‘the Hard Sell’, ‘the Cold Call’, ‘the Buy this now and get a discount’! The buy, buy, buy approach? This is our only experience of what sales is as a consumer or customer. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
But what if YOU RE-DEFINED what sales looked like?
I mean you are the owner of your own business. So, you get decide how you do things. You get to decide if you want to do things differently. You get to decide what sales looks and feels like in your business. And then you just do it.
You create it in a way that aligns to your values. In the same way you created and developed the rest of your value-based business.
All to often, I hear new business owners asking: Can I do that? Should I do it this way? I’ve never seen anyone do it that way before? It’s probably just best to go with what I know and do it the way I’ve seen or experienced before.
And this is fine, you can do that. But if it feels uncomfortable, or in-authentic and you don’t do it because it just doesn’t “feel right”! Then, DO IT DIFFERENTLY!!
Create sales that means something to you. Identify what you don’t like about sales that you’ve experienced in the past, and find a way that suits you. That’s aligned to your values and feels authentic. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
