🍓 Helado de frutilla: frutillas congeladas, dátiles, maca en polvo, canela y aprox 100 ml de leche de soya. Procesar.
🍪 Toppings: granola multicolor de mi creación 😊, ya la han visto (receta más atrás), arándanos congelados, pepitas de zapallo, sobrante de leche de coco (como coco rallado) y salsa de chocolate que se endurece con el frío: sólo aceite de coco + cacao en polvo sin azucar + stevia :).

Be in tune with your gut and listen to it! “Trust your gut” is such a popular phrase, but we really should be doing exactly that! Outside of your physical health, your gut can also guide you and give you clarity about positive decision making. Just like when your tummy doesn’t feel good, your gut is possibly telling you to change what you’re putting into it, when something doesn’t feel right, that is your gut telling you to possibly choose a different path. ✨I’ve been drinking a banana-strawberry flavored protein smoothie after my morning workout for a couple of weeks now 🍓🍌 If you watch my stories then you’ve probably already seen it a couple of times 🙈 I’ve been getting some questions about it so here’s what goes into it: frozen strawberries, chopped up zucchini, spinach leaves, half a scoop of banana flavored whey protein powder, chia seeds, flax seeds, açaí powder and I blend it all together with some unsweetened almond milk (C30 F8 P22) 😋There’s no real recipe or exact amounts of each ingredient, just add it according to your own taste 👌 Raw zucchini and spinach have almost no flavor to them so they’re great to add to smoothies to increase the amount of nutrients and protein and they also help keep you full longer 🙌.

If you didn't know lingon berries are a staple ingredient in the Scandinavian cuisine, often found as jam served along different dishes. 😊🌲🍒🌿
Flavour wise, is it very close to cranberries just slightly bitter and less tart. 😍🤔 Just as nutritious as delicious. 😋 Sweden's own super berry! 😁
However, this bowl consists of oats cooked with soy milk and crushed walnuts, topped with 100% chocolate, frozen lingon berries and homemade almond butter! 😍❤️🥜🌿

Sunday morning smoothie bowl got us planning a trip to Hawaii. 🤔 This one was everything! Coconut water, 2 @melissasproduce cooked beets, frozen spinach, frozen bluebs, frozen Cauli rice, @nuzest_usa vanilla protein, @vitalproteins collagen peptides and a handful of cashews. Blend and top with alllll the superfoods!! It’s cold for Cali today but I’m pretending I’m on a tropical island. Happy Sunday!!
