1.)Try this kneeling as shown and take out the 30% legs that helps you stabilize and pull during this exercise when you’re standing. Now your shoulders are doing 100% of the work.
2.) Try this grip.
Today I worked on shoulders and triceps! (Sorry about the black strips on the side... your girl is still learning.) Here are two supersets that are great for shoulders and tris! FIRST, superset 10 plate pull-ups with 10 underhand front shoulder raises. NEXT, superset 10 tricep bench presses with 10 tricep dips!! As of today, I have started writing down my workouts again. I haven’t done this in a hot minute...(since prep). Honestly, I really enjoy writing my workouts down and keeping track of my progressions. Not only does it keep me more organized, but it will help ensure that I am maximizing my time spent in the gym...GAINS. If you do not do this already, I definitely recommend it. A lot of people don’t like taking a spiral in the gym (no judgements here 🙋🏼♀️), but instead, you can take a picture of it on your phone and then add notes into your....notes app. 🤦🏼♀️ ———————————————————————————-As for my workouts today, here are a few clips of me KILLING my chest/shoulders. ‼️LADIES‼️ Please do not think training chest will make your sisters go away... I used to believe it way back in the ancient times, but not anymore! 🙅🏼♀️ Training chest can actually strengthen the muscles, making your sisters actually look perky. Doesn’t that sound pretty awesome? Some chest exercises can also make your shoulders work too which will give you a beautifully sculpted arm that we all want!
