It's profound to consider that 90% of plastics in the ocean are hardly even visible... Microplastics (i.e. polyester, acrylic etc.) released every time we wash our clothes are causing catastrophic damage to our aquatic ecosystems and eventually us! See here how For the Reef is trying to change that. Www.forthereef.com
PLEASE! Take a moment every day and try to reduce your plastic usage.
To capture the essence of a seal one must act like a seal #seallife

I am forever taking selfies with animals whilst travelling, they are often the reason I pick places to go ❤️ I was so excited to see the seals in NZ; they just chill on the rocks sleeping and jump off for a swim and food. We just wandered around here on a walk along the coast and there were so many around us at this point and no other humans with us, it was incredible. We were also lucky enough the next day to kayak alongside them and jump in with them as they were swimming ❤️ So many videos and piccys of these cuties
About the geometry of kinship... The Starfish from Half Moon Bay - I had to post this little starfish found days after the mavericks had pounded him to the shore. A small family of mother and child were keeping it, but a dear friend and I convinced them to set him free. When we put it back into the water, it's tenacles starting moving happily as the ocean met us with a surging wave as if we had gifted back it's child. Goodbye starfish! May you meet again your happy family in the deep blue sea! #seallife
