Upcycled Skate Art started as a tool for creativity and stress release as I finished my degree at @ucsc and needless to say I never envisioned that this little company would be on the path that it is currently taking! Sometimes throwing everything you have at a dream works out, maybe you’ll even get distracted and build a #tinyhouse but in the end if you give it everything, it might start to work out!! This award is such an incredible honor and Thank you so much to everyone who voted for #upcycledskateart for #SantaCruz green business of the year! Thank You to everyone who has shown support! Thank you to all the store owners who have taken a chance on me! Thank you @hotelparadox ! And thank you @eventsantacruz for this award and everything that you do for Santa Cruz!! I am so fortunate to be living in this magnificent city and can’t wait to accept the award and party with you all a month from today!!!

Monterey, Day 3!! We started at Dennis the Menace Park, which is awesome! Then it was on to the Monarch Grove Butterfly Sanctuary, the winter habitat for these butterflys. The girls are obsessed with the Eiffel Tower, so we had to get these cookies and then an impromptu visit to Santa Cruz to look for more shells. The day ended with a blast from the past at Pizza My Heart! #WrenBaby#FourYearsOld#BabyBriar#ThreeYearsOld#MontereyCA#SantaCruzCA#TravelCalifornia
When Whitney started working at the MAH as Exhibitions Catalyst she dove head first into creating the new exhibition, Spoken/Unspoken.
When she looked through her desk the other day looking for a stapler she found this instead.
If the patch fits, wear it🤗
PS: Spoken/Unspoken is open through the winter, come explore the third floor.
