Oh, hei there 2018, you started on a promising note, not like the year before you, I must say. You see, it wasn’t bad as it was hard, physically and most of all - mentally. I still feel the aftermath of all the things that happened and all the lessons I learned. I gained and learned so much, I guess I am proud. And yet I feel drained. But underneath it all, I feel a spark of inspiration and a hint of excitement. I promise to do my best, I truly will. Thank you and here’s to new beginnings!
Even after shooting in mainly moodier conditions over the last 18 months, it’s still not easy for me to get out of the car. Towards the end of last year I was longing for warmer climates but coming into 2018 I challenged myself to keep on pushing through the cold as well, it’s always worth it. Thanks @volvic.uk for keeping me inspired. #findyourvolcano#ad
I've been spending the week in #Utah to party at SUNDANCE (just slightly excited about that 😉), and had some time to pop into Salt Lake City. I loved exploring Temple Square, especially the magnificent Salt Lake Temple.
These old harbour houses in Stromness have so much character. They're essentially the same but with small, subtle differences - windows, paint colour, roof tiles, chimney pots...see what you can spot! 😍 #visitorkney#loveorkney
Maney was hunting for seals at Jökulsarlon yesterday. She was not very successful, but looked real smoth sliding around on the ice...

I love stark landscapes. The Great Plains are a key example of how beautiful seemingly endless fields can be — especially in the dead of winter. During our weekend in Sioux Falls, we were lucky enough to experience white-out conditions (one of my favorites). While driving around the outskirts of the city, we came across this stunningly beautiful barn. I think we are all used to the classic “red barn” stereotype, but this black and white take on an American classic floored me.
