Here’s a short & effective 30 min glutes & core routine. Side Steps/Kickbacks: 15 reps each leg x 3. The band is there to push out against as you step out and kickback. Keep both legs pushing out against the band. GOAL: Knee, toe alignment as you step.
Battle Rope hip toss: 45 seconds x 3.
Pivot opposite foot, hips coming up (rotation power) driving the rope out to the other side, keep a strong grip. Standing Cable Wood Chop: 10 reps x 2.
High to low, shoulder width apart, arms away from your body, push weight one side to the other. You can also do this Low to high. Battle Rope Russian twist:
Start seated with knees bent, keep spine long, lean back slightly, rotate to one side, then do the same in the other direction. 🎥 credits @goddessacouture
