Workout after as follows ➖high bar squats 80kgx12x3 sets
➖leg press. SUPERSET close and wide stance 320kgx10x3 sets
➖Superset Stiff legged deadlifts with leg extensions. 20 reps 4 sets.
➖kettleball walking lunges x3 sets.
Nice,simply and effective leg workout.
