Do you like to read?
What are you reading?
Do you read one book at a time or several? Do you have kids and read to them? What do they like?
I like reading EVERYTHING!
I'm currently toggling between Kiss Me Like Stranger by Gene Wilder, A Confederacy of Dunces by John Kennedy Toole and the Urban Survivalist Handbook lol I forget the author.

Who’s read this book?! 📚🤓 Gary Keller is suggesting this for a new read, interesting research and data on four of the biggest companies in the world. #readinglist
I love having a neat and organized life and workspace but since early last year my life slowly began unwinding into an unhealthy level of disorganization. At the time my business was ramping up right alongside my day job and I kept putting off whatever was not immediately necessary saying to myself "I will take care of that when..." This book was a perfectly timed "stumble upon ". It had a lot of great advice that I put to the test right away. I am sure that it will benefit you too if you decide to apply it.

I had it in my head I wanted to do a "House Pride" week but I then realised I have a pathetic amount of non-slytherin merch 😅 anywho here's one for my puffs. The most underrated house. Y'all know puffs always have the best food and wine at their parties - that's the kind of support a slytherin gal needs in her life. A waitress in NZ spotted my platform 9 3/4 purse and she struck up a Potter conversation (as you do). We asked her what house she was sorted into and she was really bummed out about being a puff. So I gave her my head canon of Puffs being the almighty party hosts who know their wine and by the end of it she was stoked. Puff pride is going global 💛🖤
This was one of the books in my postal bookclub rotation. The premise was an interesting one - Greek Gods who bestow humanity onto 15 dogs and then proceed to bet on whether intelligence equates to happiness.
For me, this novel did not deliver on the premise. The story seemed to drag and had one long sad tone (perhaps that was the point... 🤔). The dogs tended to have sad and brutish endings and I could not seem to connect with any of the characters.
Perhaps this was not a book for me for the beginning of the year where I would have appreciated something more uplifting.
everything I read last week // most of my time has been taken up combing through Poe’s works. Still working my way through it, got a bit left. Ive been waiting WEEKS for #Thunderhead to be released, easily my favorite. If you’re looking for a good series, this is it. @ParisReview is always lovely, and there’s a piece from @hilton.als that was just refreshingly pure. It was my first time picking up @RattleMagazine (trying to add more literary journals to my reading) and I really loved it. And Bussi’s After the Crash was well done (really distinctive character development 👌🏽) YEAR TOTAL: 12
I got these AMAZING candles today from @_iceydesigns and they are beautiful!
The labels are adorable and the smells are perfect! Nikolai smells like fresh see air, as a Privateer should (there’s even gold glitter in the candle because Nikolai is fabulous. Inej smell warm, spices and inviting, and don’t even eat my started and Kaz’s candle....oh my gosh 🤤
It literally smells like I imagine he would, leather gloves, caramel, tobacco and mahogany for his cane, it smells sexy!

The best way to spend weekend nap time (and it's rare these days when they BOTH nap). Of all the Tana French I've read this one (her first) isn't my favorite, but I still thought it was an excellent read. I still stand by that Secret Place, the first of hers that I read, is the best. #naptimereading
“It’s like this… this is it, this is the way it is, up and down, good and bad, so don’t worry, because it’s like this for everyone and it’s SUPPOSED to be” - Kelly Corrigan -
I’ve been getting a lot of questions lately about my relationship with Mark- and this is the number one thing I tell people 👆🏼 No person or relationship is perfect. 88% of the time I am absolutely obsessed with his every move and the other 12% of the time I feel like if he can’t figure out how to sneeze properly I’m going to kill him in his sleep 😂 I am so unbelievably grateful for the love we share, but we put a LOT of work into it. We have been together close to 10 years and there have been some really tough times in there. Times when things were falling apart and we had to pull them back together even when it felt near impossible. -
It’s like this. For everyone. Knowing that, and knowing that even in the darkest of times you are consciously choosing each other and choosing to grow TOGETHER rather than apart is the key. I’ve found that when we make it through one of these really rough patches- we come out the other side even stronger than before and I’m thankful for the trial. -
I just read Kelly Corrigan’s new book “Tell Me More” which is all about these relationship lessons and I was literally cycling through shrieking laughter and sobbing tears on the reg. It was so real, raw, authentic, relatable and HILARIOUS. So, from me and Kelly, remember, “It’s like this”. It is all going to be ok. <3 #linkinbio@kellycorrigan#TellMeMore#ad#RandomHouse
