Never Underestimate The Power of a Walk..
One thing we always like to do as a family is go on plenty of walks when we can. And with being away for a few days we done nothing but walk, taking in everything around us and appreciating the amazing scenery.
Not only is it great for your mood and well being but getting those extra steps in can help you with your fat loss journey.
Here's the thing...
Increasing your steps will never change your body the way training will, but walking has low impact on your body which wont affect your effort in the gym but will still increase your daily output so you will put yourself further into a deficit, leading to more fat loss.
What if you could add in an extra 2-3000 steps per day to help accelerate your fat loss goals? Would you do it?
Let me know in the comments. Where is your favourite place to walk?

I am beyond happy to show you guys my FIRST #shirshasana progress!!🔥🔥
I’m starting to appreciate the benefits of this pose by learning to let go, to let go to my fears, to let go to my mental blocks, to let go of all of the expectations each one of us impose in themselves. The mental aspect plays a huge part in all of this.
Said that, I am more than aware that in order to get into the #headstand you got to HAVE to build #strength#balance , you HAVE to practice and sweat on your mat; otherwise none of that can be possible.
If you guys want me to see some videos of how I get into #shirshasana let me know, comment or DM me❤️•
Anyway I Hope to show you another #headstand progress in the future cause I still have a lot of work to do! 🔥
Off the back of Will Smith’s vlog on Fault vs Responsibility, I wanted to highlight the importance of this topic
It is so important that we take responsibility for where we are right now and for our life as a whole
Once we take responsibility for our lives, we stop blaming others as the cause of our results. We can only change ourselves so why waste your energy blaming others?
Blaming others causes a person to remain trapped in a prison of their own making. When you take responsibility, eliminate blame then you are free to grow and succeed. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Notice what happens in your mind when you start to repeat this affirmation to yourself: ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
“I am responsible for my life, for my feelings, for my personal growth and for every result I get.”
Does this jazz you up and make you feel empowered? If so, great! Keep going! Use it as a go-to tool to get you back on track
• On the other hand, does it challenge you?
Make you feel uncomfortable?
• Force you to really question are you taking responsibility for your life?
If so, I encourage you to sit with whatever comes up for you. Without judgement, ask yourself why?
Taking responsibility for your life and your success is essential if you want to attempt to live your potential 🙏🏻
BARBELL SQUATS w/15LBS
I’m actually kind of embarrassed posting this video, but it’s a progress video right?! There’s A LOT that needs improving: • I should be going lower than my thighs being parallel. • My lower back should be more neutral. • You will see in the video that my does not stay consistent with my torso. I look down & to the side. ... Those are just a few major form improvements I need to make... I know there’s A LOT of others too. The only justification I have is that it was at the end of my leg workout 😂 ok really you should have no justification. Your form is most important. [Goal] Improve form so that can add more weight comfortably!
I’ve never recorded myself squatting so I wouldn’t know exactly what to improve until today. #retrofitnesscedarcity#retrorewards#colourfulwives#squats#barbellsquats#properform#progress
So proud of this little guy! He’s been going to speech therapy at our elementary school since September and has made so much progress they recommended that he could stop! He’s saying all his age-appropriate sounds and beyond! Thanks to a skilled speech therapist, mommyspeechtherapy.com, the Articulation Station app, and a little focus and direction he is a new talking man! Good job, bud! 🙌🏼 #momlife#boymom#postthepeople#progress#instastory#sharegoodness
