#keto pork loin and garlic parmesan cauliflower mash for dinner tonight coming off the @traegergrills pro 22 @traegerbbq cooked by @rosanna_danna_manley. Smoked for 45 minutes, the cooked at 375° for another 45 minutes until they reached 170° which is her zone. Drizzled with a little @saucin_sauces to complete the meal. Good eats!!!
It's going to be difficult to leave these alone until tomorrow. #keto mini lime cheesecakes done up with a hazelnut and almond flour crust with liquid stevia and erythritol as the sweetener. They smell amazing, and should be better since they were cooked on our @traegergrills pro 22 @traegerbbq adding a smoky flavor. Half of them have a dusting of cinnamon on top.
Dinner tonight was something we haven't done on the @traegergrills pro 22 @traegerbbq yet... Carne Asada tacos. Marinated the meat in sunny delight for a few hours with #mysterydryrub and then threw them on the grill at high temp until it got to medium well. Served up on tortillas with some home made guacamole, cilantro and onions, cheese, and some salsa. Damn good supper if you ask me!!
