Ever found yourself eating away at your own soul because you're overthinking a situation, or maybe there was a moment words were said where people QUESTION your actions or morals? Maybe they have even questioned your integrity and values? They try to belittle you by making you then question yourself?... Right there.. do yourself a favor and STOP.
Don't let it consume you. You dont owe the population an explanation..
The only thing you owe is the universe MORE of you. Allow yourself to be open and aware. Trust who you are BUT allow yourself to be open to growth. Maybe the reason it hits a nerve is because there are things you want to better yourself about?
Either way dont let other people drag yourself through the mud. Don't be hard on yourself and let what other people think overpower your own internal judgments. Be confident and unapologetic in who you are.
I get a lot of questions about my life coaching certification courses. I did 3 different programs - it's really about finding the one that resonates with you the most and that is most aligned with your visions + goals.
The one course that kick-started my coaching career was the Beautiful You Life Coaching course. They teach you the basics about life coaching, how to structure a coaching series and coaching sessions within the series and they provide workbooks + worksheets that you can use for your future clients. It's an amazing, heart-centered community and the trainers really care about their students 💕
They only have a few spots left for the next course (that starts in May). If you're considering becoming a life coach and want to know more about this program (or other programs) I'm happy to hop on a call with you to answer any questions you might have. 💕
Happy Friday. Today's workout included some very light shoulder work for this very tired woman. But triumph is the product of determination, motivation and perseverance. So always strive to do something positive for yourself and others and make it a good day. #peaceandlove#fitlife#tiredgirlmagic#happyfriday
Today, February 22, 1965, in Beatles History, The Beatles flew to the Bahamas!
The Beatles left London Airport on a chartered flight to the Bahamas to begin filming their second feature film Help!
Their Boeing 707 was seen off by 1,400 fans. The flight stopped in New York to refuel, but The Beatles' party did not leave the aeroplane, although US Customs and Immigration wanted them to pass through customs.
George recalled the flight this way, "Brandon De Wilde was an actor, a James Dean type. He liked The Beatles' music and he heard we were going to film in the Bahamas, so he came over from the States with a big bag of reefer. We smoked on the plane, all the way to the Bahamas. It was a charter flight, with all the film people – the actors and the crew – and we thought, 'No, nobody will notice.' We had Mal smoking cigars to drown out the smell."
Upon their arrival in the Bahamas they held a swiftly-organised press conference at the airport. They then checked in to their suites at the Balmoral Club near Cable Beach, Nassau, and later enjoyed a midnight swim in the ocean.
Today, February 23, 1962, in Beatles History, perform at the Technical College in Birkenhead.
This date was the last of three performances by The Beatles at the Technical College Hall on Borough Road, Birkenhead.
Each of the three shows took place on consecutive Fridays in February 1962. The other dates were 9 and 16 February.
The Beatles arrived here after a performance at the Tower Ballroom in New Brighton, Wallasey. They played a half-hour set at the Technical College Hall, before returning to the Tower Ballroom for their fourth live set of the day.
The Technical College was later renamed Wirral Metropolitan College, but teaching moved to other sites across the Wirral and the building fell into disrepair. It was demolished in 2005 to make way for more apartments.
