La semaine avait plutôt bien commencé mais à mi-chemin, elle s’est remplie de stress et de fatigue. On a ressenti le besoin de souffler et de se déconnecter de ce quotidien qui va trop vite. Alors, on a réservé une nuit dans un gîte et on est partis dans notre Vercors chéri, se ressourcer. Malgré la météo (il a neigé tout le week-end), on a bien profité et on s’est émerveillés de la beauté des paysages. I was chomping down my sushi on transit from uni to oztag when I realised how fast I was eating. Why was I in such a rush? If I just ate a bit slower, savoured the taste a little more, I would feel a lot... happier in this tiny moment. 🍙 I looked down and noticed that my mum bought me this pretty dress, my dad gave me this nice work bag, and my sister chose this watch for me. I stand here because of the people that love me - and ultimately a God who made me .
Perhaps to "live", is to take each moment as it comes, savour it, and feel just a bit of awe and wonder at the things that are right in front of you. .

As well as the delightful practices be surprised with yoga, meditation, sound healing, food that nourishes you as well as creating the spaciness to receive. This retreat is not overly scheduled so you will have time to dive into the ocean, walk in nature, connect with the byron lifestyle - free time to use as you please.
The journey begins as soon as you confirm your spot you gain access to a private group. This retreat has limited spaces as I wanted to create a intimate experience full of conscious conversation and every little detail has been taken care of to create a beautiful, special and unique space.
