~2018 Resolutions ~ (Yes she's still on about them despite it being almost half way through Jan)
Be mindful of posture every day. I.e. Walk a little taller! (No giraffe emoji? But why???!!! When there is 🐪 and 🐫!?) .
Paddle boarding, I recently discovered, is great for the core! Without core stability... you'll be swimming with the jelly fish 💦!
