These frigid Pittsburgh days have me dreaming of sunshine, warm clear water, the salt air and yoga on my paddleboard. To some, it’s just water. To me, it’s where I regain my sanity. Last night Tyler and I were talking about how excited I am for this program. I’ve lost a lot of weight and toned up a lot with 30 minute workouts, but these ones are just a bit longer, more intense & are going to help me really get ripped!
The fact that it’s a 13 week program means I’m going to have to get my mind on the right mindset because otherwise I won’t make it. It also means the results will be insane and I will have some sheer awesome habits engraved in my life afterwards.
And let’s be real, to have abs your eating doesn’t just need to be good, it needs to be ON POINT. & that’s exactly what this does for me 👌🏻 I’m ready to crush the next 3 months and have the best body I’ve EVER HAD for my trip to Mexico in April 👙 anyone else ready to start working on their spring break bods?? 💌📲 you know where to find me!
