People are dropping like flies around me with the flu! 😷❌
On a daily basis, I'm surrounded by hundreds of snot nosed, germy kids. Ain't nobody got time for being sick 🤒🙅🏼
I have yet to get sick this season and I swear it's because I drink Shakeology every single day.
Vitamins + nutrients of 5 salads 🌱 Give me allllllll of the superfoods 🙌🏼
I drink my shake every single morning, and today's recipe was vegan chocolate shakeo, almond milk, a banana, and pb 🍌🥜😍
Next bootcamp in February I'm sharing all of my favorite superfood recipes. Link in bio to join 📲🤘🏼

Smiling because it's time for our semi-annual @wyldergoods Yard Sale! It's time for us to make room for spring goodies, which means it's the perfect opportunity for you to invest in quality pieces for up to 70% off that will last you for many winters to come. The @woolrich Fireside Poncho is one of the pieces we're offering at a discount, which is basically a blanket you can wear and still look fantastic. ⠀

🇧🇷Com a esperança de semana voltar aos treinos de escalada💪🏻🙃✊🏻Mas escalar na rocha 🧗🏻♀️ com esses trajes ainda falta bastante 😅
🇬🇧Hoping that next week I’ll be back with my climbing training 💪🏻🙃✊🏻But climbing outside 🧗🏻♀️with these clothes is still pretty far 😅
We can’t have a good volcano season (or a good mountain running season, fire season, or fresh & clean air and water) without a good winter. It looks like winter may finally come out of hibernation...c’mon winter!🤞

Today's #tbt photo of this view during my solo trip to Peru several years ago comes with some EXCITING NEWS!
It's no surprise that 1) I love to write and 2) I'm passionate about encouraging others to get outdoors, SO I've decided to share a bit more about my adventures on my new website, www.hilaryhikes.com.
In my most recent post, I share my thoughts on why everyone can benefit from traveling solo - regardless of how daunting it might seem.

Try this Beef and Veggie Stir fry. Perfect for a healthy lifestyle 😊
Beef And Veggie Stir-Fr
1 pound beef steak, trimmed and sliced thin against grain into 2-inch pieces
2 teaspoons lime juice
2 teaspoons coconut aminos
2 tablespoons coconut oil (or other oil), divided
3 carrots, peeled and sliced 1/4 -inch thick on the bias
1 small head Napa cabbage, thinly sliced, plus more for serving
3 scallions, minced, plus more for thinly sliced for garnish
1 tablespoon ginger grated
4 garlic cloves, minced
6 tablespoons coconut aminos
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 1/4 teaspoons tapioca flour
1 . Add the steak, coconut aminos, and lime juice to a bowl, and toss to combine. Set aside to marinate for 10 minutes.
2. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil over medium-high heat in a large nonstick skillet.
Place half the meat in the skillet and sear for 1 minute on each side. Place the seared steak in a clean bowl and repeat with the second batch, draining excess liquid from the skillet as needed.
3. Once all of the meat has been seared and removed from the pan, heat the remaining I tablespoon of oil in the pan. Add in the carrots and saute until softened, about 5 minutes.
4. Add the Napa cabbage to the pan and quickly toss with the carrots.
5. Move the cabbage and carrots away from the center of the pan and sprinkle in the scallions, ginger and garlic. Stir the mixture in the center of the pan until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
6. Mix all contents of the pan together and toss in the meat.
7. Pour in the coconut aminos, lime juice, and tapioca flour. Stir the contents of the pan until well combined ad the sauce has thickened, about 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat.
8. Divided the mixture between bowls filled with Napa cabbage and garnish with scallions.
9. Enjoy! #stirfry
Running towards the light this morning.
Here’s what I learned: your mind will talk you into anything if you let it. Listen only to your heart - it has your back and will keep you going, every time.
Back to the sidewalk trails today. A rough 5.05 miles.
I won’t lie:
10 thoughts about quitting and walking home 👟
2 almost wipeouts
1 bad pair of leggings that I really didn’t like running in
1 happy text from Jed cheering me on (and kept me going)
1,000,000 feelings of gratitude 🙏🏻 that I didn’t quit even though I could have...
I’m grateful for the hard ones - the lessons are endless. Tell me in the comments: what are you grateful for today?

I don't know, you guys. This world seems to get more and more terrifying each day. I'm holding tightly to those around me. Wanting to reach out to the wider community of women (I mean ALL women, not just our hetero-normative example of what a woman is) who have experienced sexual assault on any level. I keep thinking each day, how am I going to raise a daughter in the midst of such ugliness? How am I going to shield her from the disgusting world of people calling victims of sexual trauma "cunts" and "dumb bitches"? How how how? But ahead we shall move, and together we will fight. Feeling seriously in awe of the women around me lately. Realizing more and more the beauty and power in female relationships. I dunno. Mostly this is just a rambling, bumbling way to address what's in my brain while sifting through, as usual, what it means to be a woman in this world.

This kid is backlit with that fiery sunset goodness. Has anyone figured out how to bottle up light yet? If so, please get in touch. Thanks.

Today we hiked the Bryan's Field Trail along White Clay Creek in Delaware. Snow, ice, cold temps but we layered those kids up and brought them along. My rockstar friend @lydialiis toted two babies actually, one on the front and one on the back for a moderately difficult hike! This is a really fun spot and I look forward to exploring the other trails here at the state park. Definitely worth a little bit of a drive 👌 #hikerbabesorg100 Hike 7/100!
I’m missing the Faroe Islands today... the snowy vibes and cute little sheep ❄️🐑✨

I’ve seen this waterfall hundreds of times, in every season, and at every time of day. But I think when it’s dressed in a fresh coat of snow with ice slowly creeping in from the edges, is when I find it the most breathtaking- like a scene from a wintery fairytale.
We really put the "touring" in ski touring this last weekend in Bend. @matthasenohr, #OttoTheAdventurePup and I had a lot of fun exploring snowy Cascade Lakes Highway and taking our skis to one of our favorite summer spots - Sparks Lake. We had the place to ourselves... truly a rare occasion if you've ever been there in the summer. I guess that's what happens when you bite the bullet and go on a hella long ski tour! Note to self: invest in some Nordic skis!
My FAVOURITE place to ski in the east is by far Mont Tremblant, and whether you’ve never been here before or you’re a seasoned vet, this weekend Tremblant is the place to be. .
It’s the return of the FIS Freestyle Ski Acro World Cup presented by Toyota. .
The event will be held Saturday, January 20th and will feature the best athletes in the world. Come watch the likes of Mikael Kinsgbury @mikaelkingsbury Andi Naude @andi_naude and the Dufourlapointe sisters!! @justinedufourlapointe@maximedufourlapointe@chloedufourlapointe .
One of the last events before the 2018 Olympic Games and it’s right in my back yard!! .
This sport has been a huge part of my life for over 20 years... so I hope you make it part of yours. Even just for a day...
