Tengo un par de añitos que me siento agusto y aunque sé que hay cuerpos mas marcados, para mi es un cuerpo natural que me hace feliz 👧🌹 No hay truco 🚫 simplemente es ejercicio y buenos hábitos alimenticios, al inicio es complicado pero te puedo ayudar si gustas😘

this workout is incredible, i love working strength because strong women are the best women. so many people get caught up on sweating and having your heart rate through the roof. building muscle is important to keep you strong and out of the nursing home (think long term). resistance bands are my jam
but more importantly i want to talk about my post from yesterday. my intent is to share with you my internal barriers. i am not posting out of shame of my external appearance. being physically and emotionally drained for the past 6 months has led me to a few realization - one of which being: when you are not experiencing the joy you are capable of - you’re doing something wrong. so here i am trying something new
we all get to choose what to share and should always consider the consequences. i choose to put myself first. plain and simple. that way, there are no grudges or complicated rationales
choose to take care of yourself because everything else radiates off those decisions

[Workout 2018, 6] Tonight I participated in a sqush tournament organised by someone at work. It was my first time ever playing squash, so let’s say, there’s room for improvement 🤪 I did like it a lot though, and would love to go again and actually learn how to play 🍭

I was lucky enough to be in Queenstown last week so made a weekend trip down to Milford Sound. Kayaking through the beautiful fjord ....
Kayaking is great for working your upper body and keeping your cardiovascular fitness interesting. Not to mention it also is great connecting with nature which can boost your mood. 💪🏻😄
Check your local area as many places do kayak hire so you don’t need to invest much to have a good afternoon. Do it regularly and you will be fit and loving life. 😍
