🇯🇴 Jordan ✅ 8 days 🚘 by car .
Amman📍Ate the best Falafel of my life and had 360 views of the sand colored city from the Amman Citadel.
Jerash📍Wandered as one of the few tourists through the beautiful remains of this city from 7500-5500 BC. The completely intact Amphitheater was mesmerizing.
Mount Nebo📍Watching over Israel and trying to remember all the biblical stories that happened around this place. Too distracted by the never ending desert views. .
Kerak📍Remains of an ancient castle with dark tunnels and sunny views.
Petra📍The lost city, famous for its structures carved out of sandstone. Everyone has seen that picture. The views over the mountains and desert from the hikes in the area, however, were almost even more impressive!
Wadi Rum📍I was amazed by the contrast between the super soft sand and the rough rocks. I ended up on one of the rocks for sunset, with spectacular orange/red/pink colors, perfectly suitable for the pigment of the desert.
Aqaba📍More delicious food - falafel again too - and snorkeling in the warm Red Sea with colorful fish but unfortunately mostly colorless coral.
Dead Sea📍Even though it was my second time at the Dead Sea, last time being in Israel, the floating sensation is actually loads of fun. It was 45 degrees that day, but due to the dry heat, it was very doable!
