Never tire of this place, come rain ( or snow) or shine and lucky to live fairly close by! Also couldn't believe that Robson Green was at the visitors centre, I said Hello but was to embarrassed to ask for a selfie, wish I had of now, as he's a proper local celeb!!!! #hadrianswall#northumberland
This little dude was minding his own business when I startled him with my camera, sorry lil guy 🐑😅
My Mavic Pro remote controller has stopped working, does anyone have one they could lend me for my trip to Iceland in February in case mine isn’t back from the repair? Big ask, I know
An iconic spot on Hadrians Wall in Northumberland aptly named Sycamore Gap. Took this last year on a solo outing into the dark and cold night to try and get some shots of this lovely silhouette against the night sky. It’s been done a thousand times and more but I do love this spot and you can spend ages trying to get the right composition for it but I quite like the way this one works. Looking forward to heading back soon on another clear night to try out my new lens :)

My first ever night skies shot: the stars aligned and I was right place, right time. I had stopped off in the #northumberlanddarkskypark to see the meteor show in December, looked the other way and saw this.
Couldn’t remember what I was supposed to do, but Google came to the rescue - ISO3200, f4, 30 seconds. Good enough is good enough. I even managed to stay in the car while I shot - tripod set up outside, shutter fired through the open window (it was minus 6). Living in Surrey I need recommendations for closer dark skies to me - any suggestions?
