I’ve had an onslaught of client work this week and haven’t had the brain space for anything else. It’s okay though, I’m ready for a bit of a grind, island style of course. 👩🏻💻 (lol as if this photo is what I actually look like when I’m working)
You are not alone.
When I lived in a small startup community:
I was constantly justifying my work ethic.
Constantly justifying my goals.
Constantly trying to convince those around me.
It was like pushing a boulder uphill.
This all changed with one simple realization:
The way most of us use social media is to connect with people you already know in person... right?
For me, this didn't work.
Social media was asphyxiating.
The people I knew in person would only push back on everything that made me, me.
There HAD to be more people out there like me.
It wasn't until I moved to California that I realized how much abundance there is in this world.
There is an abundance of people who like the same things you do.
There is an abundance of knowledge to be shared.
There is an abundance of good vibes.
You are not alone.
Today, some of my best friends live on the other side of the world. I've learned that it takes REAL effort to build intimacy in long distance relationships.
But when you find your tribe
You find the depth of those relationships justifies your effort.
Because in the end, you are not alone.
You just haven't found your tribe yet.
After passing the border into Kyrgyzstan, our very fatherly driver took us to have a picnic on a pasture. He bought us a round of kumis - fermented horse milk, some called it Kyrgyz beer because it's slightly alcoholic from the fermentation process, some yak butter and yogurt, not without some fresh hot bread from a Kyrgyz nomad camp near the Highway. #кыргызстан#kyrgyzstan🇰🇬 #kumis#nomadlife#worldnomads#pamir#foodtravel#foodography PC: @davidchamm
Good morning fam! I’ve officially made it through my first week in Sydney and I couldn’t be happier. This city has already stolen my heart, and I’ve only seen a fraction of it. While my head is buried in my laptop these next weeks in search of employment, I’ll be posting some of my favorite photos from Greece 😍

Although I had been anticipating Santorini for the longest time, Mykonos stole my heart almost immediately. I highly recommend renting a Jeep or Suzuki and explore the city that way!
