Welllll to say this has been a rough start to the week is an understatement. My mental health is going haywire. My emotions are crazy. And my heart and body physically hurt. 💔But after a visit to my doc yesterday and a chat with my "oil family" I feel like I'm on the mend! Which is a great thing, since I have an awesome photo shoot scheduled tomorrow!
I definitely want to look and feel my best, so here's my quick and easy guide to pampering yourself in a jiffy when you feel overwhelmed! ❣️Soak in a hot bath with 4 drops Peppermint essential oil added to water.
❣️Remove makeup and wash face with Frankincense Himalayan Salt Wash
❣️Add 3 Drops Copaiba essential oil to store-bought face mask ❣️Rinse face and apply Sweet Almond Oil for moisture ❣️Fill diffuser with your "Spa Days" blend (4 drops each - Valor, Eucalyptus Globulus, Lavender)
❣️Roll "Sleepy Time" roller on bottoms of feet and cover with socks
❣️Crawl into bed, get comfy, and try and focus on the positive.
❣️Get that beauty sleep!

Like coffee?! I have a solution— bring you coffee maker to your room in our case the bathroom. We set it to go off at 4:25am so when our alarm rings at 430 all we can smell is coffee!!!! ☕️ Plus my first hour is in bed 🛏 still reading 📖 so why not have the maker next to me?!🤷♀️ It’s makes logical sense to me!
