Day 8 of 80 officially complete! ✅. Total body and core work today for 60 minutes really got some calories roasting and some incredible toning work underway! (Ouch my triceps!). Officially 1/10 of the way through this program. Tomorrow we get to roast our booty for 60 min and it is sure to be a good one!
Now to work on being obsessed with clean nutrition and eating the right food at the right time today. This is the part I really need to work on a bit more. With my schedule being unpredictable, I need to be sure I have clean and healthy foods in my cooler before I hit the road to start housecalls!
