With the new year, we all have new intentions, goals & aspirations. Some are easy to attain and others are more far reaching. Lately, I have been feeling like my goals for 2018 are pretty far out there. Like maybe I can’t get it all done. Am I aiming too far or letting my ego talk myself out of it? I’m still at a point that I’m not sure how it will all work out. Maybe I’m scared? What I do know is that I need to surround myself with the right support to reach for my dreams and make them a reality.

PaddleFit weaves stand-up paddling with a mix of strength and balance exercises performed on stand-up paddle boards. This class is taught by the only PaddleFit certified coach in the Portland Metro area and is designed to accommodate all skill levels. All equipment will be provided.
