Some days all of the stars can align and we can find ourselves with the opportunity to go to the gym or jump into a group fitness session. ••
However, quite often life and circumstances take over and it’s not possible to find a block of time in our day to go to the gym and focus on ourselves.
Having said that, whatever happens in our day, even if we are stuck at home on a 40 degree day with the kids, try to find an opportunity to do SOMETHING!
Keep moving, keep active. ******** • climb the stairs a few times
• lunge walk up and down your driveway • get on the floor and do 10 mins of stretching
• use the baby as a weight to complete a few sets of squats!
• the add breaks in your television program could be a great timer for some planks
There’s always an opportunity to do something.
Even if it’s just for a few minutes!
You will always be grateful that you did!
When I was growing up I used to sign my name in a notebook over and over again knowing one day I was going to have “fans” who wanted autographs. Figured I better practice. People made fun of me. But I believed I could do big things with my life and anything less than having an impact so great that people wanted my signature was unacceptable. .
Believe when others don’t.
Ignore those who criticize and laugh at your goals.
You can turn your dreams into reality.

I’m realising recently the emotion I have the least awareness of is the emotion I push myself to feel constantly.
That emotion is FEAR
There are so many ways I could make my life easier but I push myself forward for the sakes of growth and fear constantly.
When I’m sad or angry I feel comfortable now days. They don’t overwhelm me or having me feeling stuck. But fear, fear won’t shake off me it consumes me when it takes over.
The unconscious feelings of fear are attachment, shame, unworthiness, projection, nervousness and avoidance.
But when brought into consciousness it can become courage, faith, trust, and bravery.
Even though right now I am feeling many of the unconscious emotions I feel so much joy knowing I’m one step closer to bringing them into consciousness now I’ve created that bubble of awareness around them.
